Install:
Download Unroll.Me from your device’s app store (iOS or Android).
Sign Up or Log In:

Scan Your Inbox:
Unroll.Me will scan your inbox to identify all your active email subscriptions. This includes newsletters, promotional emails, and service-related updates.
Unsubscribe from Unwanted Emails:
The app will show a list of subscriptions and give you the option to unsubscribe with just one tap. You can easily remove unwanted emails without manually searching for "unsubscribe" links.
Add to Rollup:
For the subscriptions you want to keep, you can add them to your daily "Rollup." The Rollup consolidates your chosen emails into one easy-to-read digest, delivered to you once a day. This helps reduce clutter and keeps important updates in one place.
Review Your Rollup:
You can review and adjust which emails are included in your Rollup anytime. Add or remove subscriptions as needed.
Manage Settings:
Customize your notification preferences and adjust other settings to suit your needs, like frequency of the Rollup or types of emails you want to include.
