How to use:
1. Download and open Tap2Time, then complete a quick setup or continue as a guest.
2. Choose a mode. Select Interval Timer for HIIT and Tabata style sessions or choose Stopwatch for simple timing with laps.
3. Set up your session. Adjust work and rest durations or pick a preset, or get ready to start the stopwatch.
4. Tap Start to begin. Tap to record laps or reps, and use Pause or End when needed.
5. Save your session to review total time and splits, reuse it as a preset, and track progress over time.
