How to use:
1. Download and install the app, then open it on your device.
2. Connect to your REDCap project: tap Add Project and scan the provisioning QR code provided by your REDCap administrator; set a device passcode if prompted.
3. Download project instruments and confirm you can open a form; run a quick test entry to verify validation and branching logic.
