How to use:
1. Download OnFocus and sign up with your email, or continue as a guest. Enable notifications for break and session reminders.
2. Choose a preset like Pomodoro 25 5 or create a custom timer, set your daily goal, and add optional tasks or tags.
3. Join a public focus room or create a private room and invite friends to keep each other accountable with synchronized timers.
4. Tap Start to begin your session, follow break prompts, and mark tasks complete when a cycle finishes.
5. Open Insights to review time, streaks, and subjects, then schedule your next sessions and adjust notifications or Do Not Disturb settings. Optional features include ambient sounds and calendar planning.
