How to use:
Install:
Download App Lock from your device’s app store (iOS or Android).
Set Up the App:
Open the app and create a PIN, password, or set up fingerprint or face recognition authentication. This will be used to lock and unlock apps.
Choose Apps to Lock:
Tap the "Add Apps" button and select the apps you want to protect. These could include messaging apps, social media, gallery, settings, or any other sensitive apps you want to keep secure.
Enable Locking:
Once you’ve selected your apps, the app will automatically apply the lock to them. You will now need to enter your PIN, password, or use biometric authentication each time you try to open one of the locked apps.
Customize Lock Settings:
In the app’s settings, you can customize lock options, such as setting a timer for automatic locking, enabling fake cover (to show a different app screen if someone tries to open a locked app), or adjusting security notifications.
Unlock Apps:
When you try to open a locked app, you will be prompted to enter the PIN/password or use biometric authentication (if enabled) to unlock it.
Protect Settings and Notifications:
You can also lock your phone's settings menu and notifications, preventing unauthorized access to sensitive information like Wi-Fi passwords, app downloads, or system changes.
