How to use:
1. Download and open NV Energy, then sign in or tap Create account to register with your service address and account number.
2. Verify your email or phone, link your residential or business account, and enable Face ID or fingerprint for quick login.
3. Pay your bill: open Billing, choose One-time payment or Auto Pay, add a card or bank account, and confirm.
4. Track your usage: go to Usage to view daily and hourly data, set high-usage alerts, and compare to past periods.
5. Report an outage or check status: open Outage Center to report, view the map, and receive restoration updates. Manage service requests, profile details, and paperless billing in Settings.
