An evidence based neonatal blood gas calculator and reference for NICU teams. Quickly interpret arterial, venous, and capillary gases with automated acid base analysis, oxygenation metrics, and age adjusted normal ranges. Core features include guided entry with unit conversion and validation, instant flags against gestational and postnatal reference ranges, and built in calculators for anion gap, alveolar arterial gradient, oxygen index, and more. Designed for neonatologists, pediatric residents, respiratory therapists, and NICU nurses who need fast and reliable bedside support. Works offline, supports SI and conventional units, and cites primary sources for transparency. Keywords include neonatal blood gas calculator, NICU tool, ABG interpretation, medical reference app, acid base analysis.

How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then choose SI or conventional units and set your default patient profile.
2. Enter gestational age, postnatal age, weight, and sample type to enable age adjusted reference ranges.
3. Input blood gas values pH, pCO2, pO2, HCO3, base excess, and saturation, and add electrolytes if available.
4. Review the instant interpretation showing acid base status, oxygenation indices, and range flags, and tap any result to see source references.
5. Use built in calculators to compute anion gap, alveolar arterial gradient, oxygen index, and SpO2 FiO2 ratio, and adjust for altitude or FiO2 as needed.
6. Save the case to history or export a concise summary for documentation and team handoff.
