How to use:
1. Download Hi Weather, open the app, and allow Location access to get hyperlocal forecasts; set units and language in Settings if needed.
2. Sign in or continue as a guest, then add Home, Work, and favorite cities; enable notifications for severe weather and rain or snow alerts.
3. Check the Now, Hourly, and 7-Day views for quick insights; swipe for details like precipitation chance, UV index, and air quality.
