How to use:
1. Download and open Hat Picker, then optionally sign in to enable cloud backup and sync.
2. Tap New Hat, give it a name, choose a color, and select draw mode such as no replacement or allow repeats.
3. Add entries manually or import a CSV file; optionally assign weights for biased draws or group tags to build teams.
4. Tap Draw to pick one or more results; use Redraw to select again or Reset to refill the hat.
5. Review History to audit past draws, share results with participants, and duplicate hats for recurring events.
