How to use:
1. Download and install the app, then open it to select your preferred language and region settings.
2. Register with your business email and phone, enter your company tax ID or customer number, and complete OTP verification.
3. Add service locations and meters, set user roles and permissions, and enable notifications for billing and service updates.
4. Create a new service request from the catalog, fill in required details, upload supporting documents, choose an appointment time, and submit for approval.
5. Track request progress on the dashboard, receive status alerts, and communicate with support if additional information is needed.
6. Open the Billing section to view statements, pay through available channels, download invoices and receipts, and export reports for accounting.
