How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then optionally create an account to sync and save your encounters.
2. Select the encounter type and choose your method MDM or total time.
3. For MDM, pick the problems addressed, data reviewed or ordered, and risk level. For time, enter total time and included activities.
4. Review the suggested E/M level and CPT code, along with the rationale summary. Adjust inputs if needed.
5. Save the encounter, export or share the summary, and set defaults or payer preferences in Settings for faster future use.
