Download the app, create your profile, choose units such as mg/dL or mmol/L, and set target ranges for glucose and blood pressure.
Connect a compatible Bluetooth glucometer, blood pressure monitor, or smartwatch for automatic syncing, or choose manual entry.
Tap Add to record readings, select tags like fasting, post meal, or workout, and add notes for meals, medications, and symptoms.
Open the Dashboard to review trends, averages, and color zones, then set reminders for checks, medications, and hydration.
Go to Reports to export PDF or CSV summaries by day, week, or month and share with your care team, then manage backup and privacy in Settings.
