How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then allow network and file permissions when prompted.
2. Connect your phone and Brother printer to the same Wi-Fi network, then tap Add Printer to auto-discover or enter the printer IP manually.
3. Print your first file by opening a document or photo, tapping Share or Open With, selecting the app, choosing paper size, color, duplex, and copies, then tapping Print.
4. Scan a document by placing it on the printer scanner or using your phone camera, selecting Scan, adjusting resolution and format, then saving as PDF or JPG.
5. Enable cloud services by signing in to your preferred drive to open documents for printing and send scanned files back to the cloud.
6. Optimize your workflow by setting default print preferences, checking toner levels, creating shortcuts for frequent tasks, and reviewing the job history for reprints.
