How to use:
1. Download and create your profile, set units, and enable permissions. Optionally pair a Bluetooth heart rate monitor.
2. Choose your protocol (e.g., Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Level 1 or 2), set shuttle length, and select indoor or outdoor mode.
3. Mark the course with two cones 20 meters apart, test your audio volume, and review the on-screen instructions.
4. Start the test, run to the beeps, turn at the lines, and follow rest cues; the app tracks laps, stages, and pace automatically.
5. Save and review your results, view VO2max estimates and benchmarks, compare sessions or athletes, and export reports for coaching or training plans.
