How to use:
For Drivers:
Download the Yango Pro App:
Begin by downloading the Yango Pro (Taximeter) app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
If you prefer, you can also visit the Yango Pro website for additional information and support.
Create an Account or Log In:
If you're a new driver, sign up by entering your email address, phone number, and completing any necessary driver verification steps, such as providing driver’s license details and vehicle information.
If you're already registered, simply log in to the app using your driver credentials.
Set Your Availability:
After logging in, you can set your availability by toggling between online and offline modes.
When online, you will start receiving ride requests from passengers in the area.
Accept Ride Requests:
When you receive a ride request, Yango Pro will notify you with the pickup location and destination.
You can choose to accept or decline the request based on your availability or proximity to the passenger.
Navigate to Pickup Location:
Once you accept a ride, the app will provide you with turn-by-turn navigation to the passenger’s pickup location.
Yango Pro integrates with popular map services to ensure accurate, efficient routes.
Pick Up Passenger:
Arrive at the pickup location and confirm the passenger’s identity (if required) using the app.
Start the trip by clicking “Start Trip” in the app. The taximeter will begin tracking the fare based on time, distance, and other factors.
Drive to the Destination:
Follow the navigation instructions to the destination provided by the app.
During the trip, the app will update the trip details and estimated fare in real-time.
End the Trip and Calculate Earnings:
Once you’ve arrived at the destination, end the trip by tapping “End Trip” in the app. The app will calculate the final fare based on the ride’s time and distance.
Yango Pro will automatically display the fare breakdown, including base fare, time, distance charges, and any additional fees.
Track Earnings:
After completing each ride, you can view your earnings directly in the app. The app shows a detailed earnings report for individual trips, daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
You can also track tips received from passengers, if applicable.
Manage Your Profile and Preferences:
In the app’s settings, you can update your profile, vehicle details, bank information, and contact information.
