How to use:
1. Download and open WhatWeather, then allow location access or add cities manually to get local forecasts.
2. Optionally sign in to sync favorite locations and preferences across devices.
3. On the Home screen, view current conditions, minute by minute precipitation, hourly updates, and the 10 day forecast.
4. Open Radar to see live maps, switch layers for rain, snow, wind, temperature, and satellite, and pinch to zoom for local detail.
5. Go to Alerts to enable severe weather, rain, snow, lightning, and air quality notifications, and set your preferred thresholds.
6. Customize units, themes, and notification schedules in Settings, then add a home screen widget for at a glance updates.
