How to use:
For Users:
Download the wegfinder App:
Start by downloading the wegfinder app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Alternatively, you can access wegfinder through its website if you prefer to use it on your desktop or laptop.
Create an Account or Log In:
If you’re a new user, sign up by entering your email address, creating a password, and setting up your preferences for travel.
If you already have an account, log in to access your saved routes, preferences, and settings.
Enter Your Destination:
Once logged in, enter your destination in the search bar. You can enter an address, landmark, or simply a point of interest.
wegfinder will suggest multiple routes based on different modes of travel, including car, bike, or public transportation.
Choose Your Mode of Transportation:
wegfinder allows you to choose between several travel options:
Driving: Choose driving directions with real-time traffic updates.
Walking: Get walking directions with the most pedestrian-friendly routes.
Biking: Find the best routes for biking with safe paths and bike lanes.
Public Transport: Get schedules and routes for buses, trains, or trams.
Select Your Preferred Route:
wegfinder will display several routes to your destination, including the fastest route, shortest route, or scenic route, depending on your preferences.
You can also avoid tolls or traffic-heavy areas if you prefer a less congested route.
Real-Time Traffic Updates:
If you’re driving, wegfinder will provide real-time traffic information, including congestion levels, accidents, and road closures, so you can choose the most efficient route.
The app will update your route dynamically to avoid delays and help you reach your destination faster.
View Estimated Travel Time:
Once you select your preferred route, the app will show the estimated travel time based on the current traffic or public transport schedules.
wegfinder will also give you arrival time estimates based on your departure time.
