How to use:
1. Download and open WBOC Weather, then allow Location and Notifications for accurate local forecasts and alerts.
2. Set your home location and add saved cities to follow weather across Delmarva or while traveling.
3. Check the Home screen for current conditions, hourly details, and a 10-day outlook, and tap Video for the latest forecast and headlines.
4. Open Radar to animate loops, switch layers such as future radar, satellite, and lightning, and pinch to zoom for street-level storm tracking.
5. Go to Settings to enable severe weather alerts, customize alert types and quiet hours, and choose preferred units.
