How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then choose your region and the matching signal standard such as WWVB, DCF77, JJY, or MSF.
2. Set your watch to manual receive mode as described in your watch manual.
3. Place your phone’s speaker 1 to 3 cm from the watch’s receiver area and set the volume to medium or high.
4. Tap Start Sync and keep both devices still for several minutes until the watch confirms reception and adjusts the time.
