How to use:
1. Download the app and sign up: verify your phone and email, create a password, and complete identity checks if prompted.
2. Link a funding source: add a bank account or debit card, or add money to your Venmo balance; enable a PIN or biometric lock in Settings.
3. Send money: tap Pay or Request, pick a contact or scan a QR code, enter the amount and a note, set privacy, and confirm.
4. Request and split: choose Split, select people, set even or custom amounts, send the request, and track who has paid.
5. Pay businesses and cash out: select Pay with Venmo at checkout or scan a business QR code; transfer money to your bank when you need it.
