How to use:
1. Install and open Theengs BLE, then grant Bluetooth and Location permissions so the app can scan nearby devices.
2. Tap Scan to discover sensors; select a device to view temperature, humidity, battery, and other data in real time.
3. Optional: Open Settings, enter your MQTT broker address, username, and password, then enable Publish to send readings to Home Assistant or other services.
4. Rename devices, choose units, set thresholds, and pin favorite sensors to the dashboard for quick access.
5. Enable background scanning to keep collecting data while the app runs in the background with minimal power use.
