Switch between the real world and the spirit world to reveal hidden routes, interact with parallel objects, and solve linked puzzles. Use Insight to highlight footprints, secrets, and interactive elements that advance your investigation. Perform Out of Body to temporarily leave your physical form, reach blocked areas, and operate mechanisms in the spirit realm. Charge Spirit Shield at energy sources to withstand hazards and safely traverse hostile zones. Sneak past entities by managing noise, using cover, and timing movements, engaging only when your abilities give you a safe window.
