How to use:
1. Download the app and sign in with your Texas Health MyChart username and password, or select Sign Up to create an account.
2. Verify your identity and link your medical record by confirming your personal details as prompted.
3. Open the Home screen to see upcoming appointments, new test results, messages, and to-dos at a glance.
4. Tap Appointments to schedule or reschedule, complete eCheck-in, and join video visits at your appointment time.
5. Use Messages to contact your care team, request refills under Medications, and pay balances in Billing; enable notifications and Face ID or fingerprint for faster, secure access.
For urgent or emergency medical needs, call 911 and do not use the app for emergencies.
