How to use:
Download & Install – Install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app from the app store and open it on your device.
Provide Your ID – Open the app to generate a unique ID that you’ll provide to the support technician for remote access.
Connect with Support – Share your ID with the technician or support team who will connect to your device for remote assistance.
Grant Permissions – Allow the technician to access your device by accepting their connection request, and grant necessary permissions for the session.
Control & Troubleshoot – The technician can view your screen, offer advice, or remotely control your device to resolve issues.
Monitor the Session – You can observe everything the technician does in real-time and ask questions if needed.
End the Session – Once the issue is resolved, end the session by disconnecting the remote connection from the app.
