How to use:
Download and Install:
Download the Smart Switch My Phone app from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iPhone. Install the app on both your old and new devices to start the transfer process.
Choose a Transfer Method:
Open the app on both devices and choose the transfer method that best suits your needs. You can transfer data via Wi-Fi, USB cable, or by creating a cloud backup on your old device and restoring it on the new one.
Connect the Devices:
If you’re using Wi-Fi, ensure that both devices are connected to the same network. For USB transfers, connect the devices using a compatible cable. The app will guide you through establishing the connection between the two devices.
Select the Data to Transfer:
Once the devices are connected, the app will display a list of data types you can transfer, such as contacts, messages, photos, videos, apps, and settings. Select the data you want to move to the new device.
Start the Transfer:
After selecting the data, tap the “Transfer” button to begin the process. The app will securely transfer the selected data from your old device to your new one. The time required will depend on the amount of data being transferred.
