How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then allow Microphone and Contacts permissions when prompted.
2. In Settings, add default recipients and set a subject template to speed up sending; choose your preferred audio quality.
3. Tap Record, speak your note, then tap Stop; preview and rename if needed.
4. Tap Send to create an email with the audio attached; confirm recipients and tap Send.
5. Optional Use the Share button to send the memo via Messages or save it to Files or your cloud drive for archiving and team sharing.
