How to use:
Samsung Music: Practical Guide
1. Playing Music:
Open the Samsung Music app, and your music library will be displayed, organized by categories such as Tracks, Albums, Artists, Genres, Folders, and Composers. You can select any song from these categories to start playback.
Use the playback controls (play, pause, skip) located at the bottom of the screen to manage your current playlist.
2. Organizing Your Music Library:
Samsung Music helps you keep your music organized by allowing you to browse and manage your collection based on various categories such as Tracks, Albums, Artists, Genres, and Folders.
If you want to browse music saved in a specific folder, go to the Folder tab to find songs located in that particular folder.
3. Exploring Spotify Recommendations:
If you have Spotify available in your region, you can explore recommended playlists directly within Samsung Music.
To access Spotify, tap on the Spotify tab at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can search for music and find recommendations curated by Spotify’s algorithm.
4. Customizing Your Playback:
Samsung Music allows you to manage your playback experience. You can create playlists, shuffle songs, or repeat tracks by using the controls available during playback.
For devices like the Galaxy S4, Note3, and Note4, you can also control music playback using voice commands by granting the optional Microphone permission.

Mandatory Permissions:
Music and Audio (Storage): This permission allows Samsung Music to access and play your locally stored music files, as well as read data from your SD card if applicable.
Optional Permissions:
Microphone (Galaxy S4, Note3, Note4 only): This allows you to control the player with voice commands for hands-free listening.
Notifications: Enables notifications related to music playback, such as the current song or playlist status.
Phone (Korean devices only): This is used to verify your phone when using music services.
6. Troubleshooting and Support:
If you encounter any issues with Samsung Music or have further inquiries, you can contact support through the app. To do so, open More (3-dot menu) > Settings > Contact Us. Note that the Samsung Members app must be installed on your device to use this feature.
