How to use:
1. Download and open SailSpeed, then grant Location access so GPS speed and course can be measured accurately.
2. Set up basics: choose units in knots and nautical miles, create a boat profile, and select the instrument dashboard you prefer.
3. Enter wind direction and speed manually or select a target bearing or waypoint to enable VMG and layline guidance.
4. Start sailing: monitor SOG, COG, heading, and VMG; use the race start timer if you are training or approaching a start sequence.
5. Finish and review: stop recording to save your track, review max and average speed, and export a GPX log; optionally connect onboard instruments via Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi for richer data.
