How to use:
1. Download and open Reloada, then sign up or continue as a guest.
2. Tap New Timer and set work, rest, rounds, and optional warmup, or pick a sport preset to get started faster.
3. Press Start to begin your session, follow voice cues for transitions, and use Lap to mark splits or Count to track reps.
4. Save the session and add notes to build your training log, then review time, rounds, pace, and rep totals.
5. For advanced use, create reusable templates, set target pace alerts, and pin favorite timers to Quick Start for one-tap access.
