How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then set your rules: penalty length, jam and lineup durations, alert style, and display preferences.
2. Optionally add team rosters and skater numbers to speed up penalty entry and seat assignment.
3. Start a game and tap Start Jam. When a skater enters the box, select their number and seat to begin their individual timer.
