How to use:
1. Download and open PaceMaster Timer, then grant audio and notification permissions so cues are audible when the screen is off.
2. Tap New Timer to pick a preset such as HIIT, Tabata, or Tempo Run, or build a custom sequence with warm-up, work, rest, cooldown, and repeats.
3. Set targets by choosing a pace range or cadence BPM, select your alert style voice, beep, or vibration, and adjust interval lengths.
4. Press Start to begin; follow countdowns and audio cues, use Skip or Pause as needed, and let the app run in the background while you train.
5. Save the setup as a template for next time and review basic totals like interval count and total time.
