How to use:
Install:
Download Okta Mobile from your device’s app store (iOS or Android).
Log In to Your Okta Account:
Open the app and sign in using your company’s Okta credentials. If your organization uses Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll authenticate with your username and password.
Access Your Apps:
Once logged in, the app displays a list of all the corporate applications you have access to. These could be internal tools, email, cloud storage, HR platforms, or any other apps managed by your organization.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
If required, use the Okta Mobile app in combination with Okta Verify or another 2FA method to complete your login process, enhancing security.
Manage Account Settings:
The app allows you to update your profile, manage security settings, and view your app usage activity. You can also reset your password or change settings related to multi-factor authentication (MFA).
App SSO:
Use Single Sign-On to seamlessly access your work apps without needing to re-enter credentials each time. Okta Mobile will automatically log you into supported apps.
App Notifications:
Receive notifications for new app assignments, security alerts, or password changes that require your attention.
