How to use:
1. Download and install NWS Weather Report, then open the app.
2. Allow location access for local conditions and alerts, or add cities manually via the search bar.
3. On the Home screen, review current conditions, the hourly outlook, and the 7-day forecast.
4. Open Radar to view live precipitation and storm paths, then pinch to zoom and drag to explore nearby areas.
5. Go to Settings to enable severe weather push alerts, select units, and customize notifications and favorite locations.
