How to use:
1. Download and install MyTeleMed from your app store, then allow camera, microphone, and notification permissions.
2. Sign up as a patient or provider, verify your email or phone, and complete your profile with health details, insurance, and preferred pharmacy.
3. Book a visit by choosing a specialty, selecting a clinician, picking a time, describing your symptoms, and optionally uploading photos or documents.
4. Start your appointment from the Visits tab and join the encrypted video call; use in-call chat to share files or notes as needed.
5. After the visit, review your care plan, receive e-prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, message your clinician for follow-up, and manage future appointments in the app.
