MyPrimerica App User Guide
Welcome to the MyPrimerica app! This guide will help you navigate the app and make the most of its features, enabling you to manage your Primerica life insurance policies, investment products, and financial goals with ease.
Getting Started
Download and Install: Download the MyPrimerica app from your device’s app store.
Sign In or Register:
If you’re new to the app, register using your policy or investment account information.
If you already have an account, sign in using your email and password.
Viewing Your Life Insurance Policy
Access Policy Details:
On the home screen, tap "Life Insurance" to view details of your policy.
You’ll see key information including insured individuals, coverage amounts, beneficiaries, premium details, and policy owner information.
View Beneficiaries:
Scroll down within your policy details to view the list of beneficiaries associated with your policy.
Review Policy Documents:
Tap on "Documents" to securely access and view your life insurance policy and other important documents.
You can download or print these documents as needed.
Managing Your Life Insurance Policy
Update Contact Information:
Go to "Profile" and update your address, phone number, and email associated with your life insurance policy.
Make a Payment:
Tap on "Payments" to view your payment history and make a payment towards your policy.
You can also update your bank account information (for PAC clients) and change your billing method.
Manage Beneficiaries:
To update your beneficiaries, go to "Manage Policy" and select "Update Beneficiaries."
Follow the prompts to add or remove beneficiaries and save your changes.
Add a Child to a Child Rider:
Under "Manage Policy," select "Add Child Rider" to add a child to an existing child rider on your policy.
Child Rider Conversion:
To convert a child rider, select "Child Rider Conversion" under "Manage Policy" and follow the instructions provided.
Tracking Financial Goals
View Financial Snapshot:
On the home screen, tap "Financial Goals" to view a visual summary of your life insurance policies, investment accounts, and financial goals.
See what you have, what you need, and how you can achieve your goals.
Use Interactive Tools:
Access interactive financial tools and calculators by tapping "Tools & Resources" under the "Financial Goals" section.
These tools help you plan and stay on track with your financial objectives.
Access Educational Content:
Tap "Learn More" within the financial goals section to access educational content that can help you better understand and manage your finances.
Staying Connected with Your Primerica Representative
Contact Your Representative:
Your Primerica Representative’s contact information is available on every key page. Simply tap on their name or contact details to call or email them directly for assistance.
Accessing and Managing Documents
View Documents:
Tap "Documents" on the home screen to access important documents related to your life insurance policy and investment accounts.
Canadian investment clients can also view their quarterly investment statements here.
Download and Print Documents:
From the "Documents" section, select the document you need, and choose to download or print it directly from the app.
Getting Help
Access Support:
If you need assistance, tap "Support" in the app to access FAQs or contact customer service for help with any issues.
Logging Out
To log out, tap on your profile icon or the settings menu, and select Log Out. Always log out after each session to keep your account secure.
