Welcome to the PC Financial Mobile app, your secure and convenient solution for managing your PC Financial® Mastercard® and PC Money™ Account. This guide will walk you through the app's features, helping you make the most of your mobile banking experience.
Getting Started
Download and Install the App:
Visit the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and search for “PC Financial Mobile.”
Download and install the app on your mobile device.
Log In to Your Account:
Open the app and enter your username and password to log in.
If you are new to PC Financial, tap “Sign Up” to create an account. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile and link your PC Financial® Mastercard® or PC Money™ Account.
Set Up Security Features:
After logging in, set up security features such as biometric authentication (Face ID or Fingerprint) for faster and more secure access to your account.
Navigating the App
Home Screen Overview:
The home screen gives you a snapshot of your account balances, recent transactions, and PC Optimum™ points balance. You can easily navigate to other features from here.
View Account Balances and Transactions:
Tap on your PC Financial® Mastercard® or PC Money™ Account from the home screen to view detailed transaction histories and current balances.
Swipe through the list to review your recent transactions and ensure they are accurate.
Manage Your Cards:
If your card is lost or stolen, temporarily lock it by selecting the card and tapping “Lock Card.” This prevents unauthorized transactions until you find your card or replace it.
Change your card’s PIN directly within the app for added security.
