How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then set units and time format in Settings to match your vessel or training needs.
2. Create a new plot and enter Own Ship course and speed to establish your baseline.
3. Add contact observations by entering bearing, range, and time from radar or visual fixes; use at least two observations to define relative motion.
4. Review the computed CPA and TCPA, then adjust course or speed to simulate collision-avoidance maneuvers until your safety margin is met.
5. Save the plot for records or export it for debrief, or start a new scenario for additional practice.
