"Left 4 Dead 2," the eagerly awaited sequel to the 2008 hit cooperative game "Left 4 Dead," is set against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse. This first-person shooter horror cooperative action game will lead players and their friends through cities, swamps, and graveyards in the American South, from Savannah to New Orleans, across five lengthy campaigns.
Players will step into the shoes of one of four new survivors, equipped with a wide variety of classic and advanced weapons. Besides firearms, players also have the chance to vent their frustrations on the infected using a range of melee weapons that can be crafted for carnage, including chainsaws, axes, and even deadly frying pans.
Players will test the potency of these weapons when facing off against three incredibly terrifying new special infected (or take on the role of these new special infected in Versus mode). They will also encounter five "uncommon" common infected, including the dreaded Mudmen.
It's AI Director 2.0 that takes the relentlessly action-packed gameplay of "Left 4 Dead" to new heights. The enhanced Director system can procedurally change weather and player paths along the way, and adjust enemy numbers, effects, and sound effects based on player performance. "Left 4 Dead 2" ensures that every playthrough delivers a satisfying and uniquely challenging experience tailored to each player's style.
This next-generation cooperative action game comes from the creators of "Half-Life," "Portal," "Team Fortress," and "Counter-Strike."

How to play:
