How to use:

2. Connect your devices Pair your watch, heart rate monitor, and power or cadence sensors, and optionally enable sync with your preferred health platform.
3. Set your goal Choose your event type IRONMAN or 70.3 and race date, then create or import a training plan that fits your weekly time and experience.
4. Track your workouts Select Swim, Bike, or Run, start GPS or indoor mode, follow your intervals or targets, and save to log splits, pace, power, and heart rate.
5. Review and refine Open your session to view zones and trends, check weekly load, adjust your plan, and set race-day tools such as T1 T2 timers, nutrition and hydration reminders, and a checklist.
