How to use:
1. Install and open iCountTimer Pro, then complete the basic setup prompts.
2. Tap New Timer and choose a mode such as Interval, Countdown, or Count-up, or start from a HIIT or Tabata template.
3. Set work and rest durations, number of rounds, and optional warm-up or cooldown. Enable voice cues, sounds, or vibration as needed.
4. Save the routine for quick access, then tap Start to begin. The timer continues with cues even when the screen is locked.
