How to use:
1. Download and install the app, then find the ICE Buddy icon in your macOS menu bar.
2. Create your profile by adding primary emergency contacts, medical notes, allergies, medications, and insurance details.
3. Grant permissions as prompted to enable quick calling, access to Contacts for easy selection, and location for sharing where you are if needed.
4. Turn on Travel Mode to show local emergency numbers and country codes automatically when you change regions.
5. Use it when needed by clicking the menu bar icon to call an ICE contact, show your medical ID, or copy key information to share quickly.
6. Optional settings include setting a global keyboard shortcut, pinning favorite quick actions, and exporting a printable summary for offline access.
