iAEON: User Guide
Welcome to iAEON! This app is designed to make your shopping experience with the AEON Group more convenient and rewarding by combining payment, points management, and store information into one platform. Follow this guide to get started and make the most of your iAEON app.
1. Getting Started
Download and Install: Start by downloading and installing the iAEON app from your preferred app store.
Register as a Member: Open the app and register using your mobile phone number. This will create your iAEON account and give you access to all the features.
2. Managing Points
Collect Points: Use your iAEON membership code at participating AEON Group stores to accumulate points with every purchase.
Use Points: At checkout, present your iAEON membership code and specify the number of points you’d like to redeem. Your points can be used directly for purchases at participating stores.
Combine Points: If you have multiple WAON POINT cards registered, you can combine points from all cards within the iAEON app for easier management.
3. Accessing Store Information
Add Favorite Stores: Select up to five AEON Group stores that you frequently visit and add them to your favorites list. This allows you to quickly access store services, view current deals, and receive exclusive coupons.
Receive Notifications: Enable notifications to get real-time updates on promotions, events, and offers from your favorite stores.
4. Making Payments
AEON Pay: Register your AEON credit card or debit card in the app. To make a payment, simply choose the AEON Pay option at checkout, scan the QR/barcode, and confirm the transaction.
Mobile WAON: If you’re using Mobile WAON, just tell the cashier you’d like to pay with WAON and hold your smartphone over the reader at the register. Payments can be made even if your phone is turned off, as long as the NFC function is enabled.
