How to use:
1. Download and enable: Install the app, open Safari, and enable Highlighter for Safari in Extensions, then grant permissions. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari > Extensions. On Mac, go to Safari > Settings > Extensions.
2. Highlight text: Select any text on a web page and choose Highlight from the toolbar button or context menu, then pick a color.
3. Add notes and tags: Click a highlight to add a note, tag topics, or change color for better organization.
4. Review and organize: Open the sidebar or app to view all highlights, search by keyword, and group by page, folder, or tag.
5. Sync and export: Turn on iCloud in the app to sync across devices, then export highlights to PDF or Markdown, or share as links for others to view.
