How to use:
1. Download and open the app, complete a quick profile to personalize ranges and units.
2. Grant camera permission so the app can estimate heart rate using PPG.
3. Measure heart rate: sit still, place your fingertip lightly over the camera and flash, and follow the on‑screen timer until your result is saved.
4. Log blood pressure: use a home BP cuff to take a reading, then tap Add BP to enter systolic, diastolic, and pulse, plus notes or tags if needed.
5. Review trends: open the Insights or History tab to view daily, weekly, and monthly charts, and set reminders for regular checks.
6. Share or back up: export your data as a file when you need to share records with a coach or clinician.
