How to use:
Download the app from your app store and grant permission to access your contacts.
Select Export, choose vCard or CSV format, then pick All contacts or select specific groups or contacts.
Tap Export and choose to save locally, send by email, or upload to your cloud storage, previewing and editing fields if needed.
To restore or transfer, open Import, select the vCard or CSV file and follow the prompts; enable scheduled backups or cloud sync in Settings for automated protection.
