How to use:
1. Download and open Emergency Time, then allow location and notification permissions if you plan to use SOS and voice prompts.
2. Set up your Medical ID and add emergency contacts. Sign in or continue without an account.
3. Start a scenario. For CPR, select CPR and tap Start to follow the metronome and cycle timers. For other events, pick a checklist and follow the on‑screen and voice cues.
4. Use SOS when needed to share your live location with selected contacts and show your Medical ID on screen.
5. Customize and train. Adjust timers and prompts, switch to Training Mode for practice drills, and review saved session logs.
