Daylio Journal is by design a private diary, and we do not store or collect your data.
At Daylio, we value transparency and honesty. Your data is stored locally on your phone. You can choose to back it up to your private cloud storage or take the backup file with you anywhere. You always have full control over your data.
Data stored in the app’s private directories cannot be accessed by other apps or processes. Your backups are transferred to Google Drive via secure encrypted channels.
We don’t send your data to our servers, nor do we have access to your entries. Other third-party apps also cannot read your data.
