How to use:
1. Download and install the app, open it, and grant Bluetooth and Location permissions when prompted.
2. Tap Scan to discover nearby BTHome devices, then select the sensors you want to add to your dashboard.
3. View live readings for temperature, humidity, motion, and battery, rename devices, and pin favorites for quick access.
4. Set threshold alerts to receive notifications when values go above or below your chosen limits, and optionally enable basic history.
5. For integrations, open Settings to configure MQTT or a webhook URL, choose the devices to publish, and export logs or readings to CSV/JSON for analysis.
