Start by downloading the bitaksi app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Alternatively, you can visit the bitaksi website if you prefer to book a ride from a desktop or laptop.
Create an Account or Log In:
If you’re a new user, sign up by entering your email address, phone number, and creating a password.
If you already have an account, simply log in to access your ride history, payment methods, and saved locations.
Set Your Pickup Location:
The app will automatically detect your current location using GPS, but you can also manually enter a pickup address if needed.
Ensure that the pickup location is correct before proceeding to avoid any confusion.
Choose Your Destination:
Enter your destination address in the app, or you can also select a location from saved addresses.
The app will display the estimated fare based on the distance and the type of ride requested.
Select Your Ride Type:

Book a Ride:
