2. Create an account or continue locally to save preferences and enable sync if available.
3. Add websites or keywords to your Blocklist, set allowlist exceptions, and choose auto close rules such as immediate close, after a set number of minutes, or on inactivity.
4. Start a Focus Session or schedule quiet hours so the app blocks access and auto closes matching pages during those periods.
